Shipping Information

All orders have FREE STANDARD shipping with tracking number within Australia-wide only.

Orders are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.

It will be delivered in 5-7 business days using the Australia Post Network. Addresses in regional and remote locations will take longer. We deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and all addresses in Australia. Every order requires a signature upon delivery.

If you need EXPRESS Shipping, there is a flat rate of $14.95 within Australia and international express postage to New Zealand only at a rate of $33.50 for all orders.

The delivery time for international orders (New Zealand) is typically 10+ business days (excluding any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control).

Return and Refund Policy

Our watch returns policy lasts 30 days. For your return to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item/s in question must be:

i) Returned within 30 days of delivery, and;

ii) Not worn or damaged in any way, and;

iii) Returned with its original packaging including the watch box, tags and manuals that aren't damaged in any way, and;

iv) Not altered in any way, including not being subjected to resizing, link removals and/or engravings, and;

v) Returned with an invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refundable amount will be the total amount originally paid less original shipping charges.
